3. What can I expect as to the service levels from PSP?
PSP's Managed Services agreement includes a service level schedule that states our response time for four priority levels of issues reported by our customers. These service levels are standard in our agreement but can be customized to fit your business requirements. In addition, through our SOS software, routine maintenance is scheduled and automatically performed at convenient times. PSP believes in accountability, as such, PSP provides reports that enable our customers to readily see the results of our services.

4. Can PSP provide references from customers that use Managed Services demonstrating the benefits realized?
Absolutely! Simply request these references from your PSP representative or call our office and we will provide them.

5. What are the different packages offered by PSP?
PSP currently offers three different Managed Services packages; Silver, Gold and Platinum. A comparison of these packages are provided on our website or we would be happy to forward you a presentation describing Managed Services and detailed comparison of the packages offered.

6. What can I expect this to cost on a monthly basis?
PSP's pricing is dependent on the package selected and the number of pc’s and servers within your IT environment. Our pricing is based primarily on a per pc and a per server cost. PSP’s representative will gladly provide you a proposal after scoping your environment.

7. Do I have to sign a contract that commits me to specific period of time?
PSP's contract is for both parties' protection. Although our contract is for a 1 year period, the contract does not lock our customers in for 1 year. Our contract can be cancelled with a 30 day notice. The contract does however commit PSP to service levels, identifies equipment being managed, scope of all services plus insurance and liability terms. This is an important first step in the communication and collaboration between you and PSP.
