Management Team

Timothy Polito
President/CEO

Mr. Polito is President and co-founder of PSP Solutions. Tim brings more than 30 years of consulting, financial management and professional services experience to PSP. Tim's experience includes assisting customers in developing business solutions through planning, information technology and process design. Tim has oversight responsibility for all of PSP and provides operational direction for PSP's Houston division.

Prior to PSP, Tim has worked the last 8 years at Serena Software in several management positions, 6 years with IBM Global Services managing ERP consulting organizations and 5 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers managing IT and organizational change for the utility/energy industry. Tim holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in accounting.

Stephen Willis
Vice President

Steve brings more than 15 years of business operations, staff management and professional services expertise to PSP. Steve’s experience includes all facets of business ownership including management of staff, project development and oversight, financial management and client relations.

Prior to PSP, Steve has worked the last 15 years at Willis & Willis Ltd. in several executive positions and sat on the Board of Directors. In addition to his service to Willis & Willis Ltd., Steve also enhanced his entrepreneurial skills and played an integral role in the development and subsequent management of several new businesses. New businesses that Steve launched include Hard Hat Industries, DAS Investments, and Big G Enterprises. Steve holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and resides in Omaha, Nebraska.

Christopher Polito
Vice President, Sales

Mr. Polito is Vice President of North American Sales and co-founder of PSP Solutions. Chris brings more than 15 years of business development, staff management and technology services expertise to PSP. Chris’s experience includes all facets of business development from direct sales to building lasting client relationships.

Prior to PSP, Chris founded The Support Company and was a partner at Willis & Willis, Ltd. Chris holds a BS in Management Information Systems.
